Immediate Wind Shift / Spot Fire If wind speeds exceed safe operational limits or embers ignite outside the 15-foot perimeter, immediately halt feeding, close all kiln air vents, and deploy the pressurized water tank to flood the burn chamber.

Runaway Combustion (High Heat / Ash Run) If the kiln begins flashing over into white ash conversion, choke air intake completely and apply a fine mist water injection to drop internal core temperatures instantly.

Medical / Injury Response Shut down all active heavy equipment immediately. Administer first aid from the primary trailer cache and prepare for rapid transport.
